1Acceptance of Terms

laroking reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. If you are unable to verify your eligibility, laroking may restrict or close your account and withhold funds pending investigation.

3Account Registration

Each player is permitted to maintain only one laroking account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, or payment method — is a violation of these terms and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering on laroking, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details.
• Keep your account credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication details — strictly confidential.
• Notify laroking immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Update your account information promptly if any details change, particularly your email address and contact number.

laroking is not liable for losses incurred through unauthorized account access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials. If you share your login details with another person, laroking bears no responsibility for any resulting transactions or losses.

Account registration on laroking is free. We will never charge a fee simply for creating an account. Deposits are subject to the minimum amounts specified in the cashier section of the platform.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on laroking are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). laroking supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received. Standard withdrawals are completed within one business day for verified accounts. Winnings may only be withdrawn to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or to a verified account in the player's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances on laroking.

6Gameplay Rules

All games offered on laroking operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before wagering real money.

laroking games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) audited by independent testing agencies. Game outcomes are determined algorithmically and are not influenced by previous results, bet size, account history, or any other external factor. The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all games are available in the game information panels.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error, laroking's resolution policy is as follows:

• If a game round is interrupted before completion, the bet amount is returned to the player's wallet.
• laroking is not liable for wins or losses resulting from an identifiable software error or malfunction. Void games due to technical faults will be refunded at the original bet amount.

Live dealer games on laroking follow the rules of the specific table as announced by the dealer and displayed on-screen. In cases of dispute at a live table, the recorded session feed is reviewed and laroking's decision following that review is final.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the laroking platform and will result in immediate account suspension and possible permanent closure:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players in poker or any other multiplayer game format hosted on laroking.

8Account Suspension and Closure

laroking reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:

• Failure to pass identity or age verification
• Suspected fraud, abuse, or money laundering activity
• Chargebacks filed against laroking transactions
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure or self-exclusion)
• Extended inactivity — accounts with no login for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant

In cases of account closure due to a breach of these terms, laroking reserves the right to withhold remaining balances pending investigation. Where closure is not related to misconduct, remaining real-money balances will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after any pending wagering requirements are assessed.
